A brand should be in constant contact with their consumers to differentiate between real insights and superficial assumptions.
Research – Methodology
We developed the following two step process:
Two focus groups with online-savvy consumers (actual and potential m&b user) who represent the core target group to generate consumer insights and elaborate their needs and wants in the context of fashion and their attitude towards mint & berry.
A creative workshop with a group of fashion experts to process the findings of the consumer workshops and develope implications.
Strategy – Recommendations
A consumer insight booklet declaring how to reflect the brand USP throughout all touching points (brand, product, communication, offline/online platforms).
