Investigation of all the existing materials about the brand and their communication activities and conduction of a brand workshop with the core management team of stilwerk.

A brand "bible“ containing the new developed brand proposition (i.e. brand mission, brand values, target segmentation) to guarentee a consistent brand communication and behaviour through all the department houses.
