INSIGHT – OBJECTIVE
To develop an insight-led showroom concept resonating with the Berlin community and having an international outreach.
Research – Methodology
We conducted consumer insight interviews with opinion formers to gain a deep and profound knowledge of relevant target groups to be attracted and convinced by the showroom.
Strategy – Recommendations
The input of the research triggered initial concept ideas for an ongoing showroom program and formed the basis for the following common ground workshop with the international H&M team to sign the program.
Following this work step we were in charge to recruit the interior designer for the showroom.
