Insight – Objective
Development of a communication campaign that does not speak the typical real estate language but rather has a contemporary lifestyle approach that resonates with the potential target group of the property V20 in Berlin Mitte.
Concept - Strategy
A lifestyle sales brochure, website and print advert that contains contemporary driven content (i.e. interviews and portrait of the architects and illustration drawings of the apartments and houses rather than 3D
renderings). For another project we worked together with the artist Jaybo to develop and illustrate icons that feature the characteristics of the surrounded area (i.e. parks, kindergarten, sport facilities...).
Output - Impact
The real estate objects always sold out before the expected deadline.
