Development of global product concepts around the ideas of wellness, health and technology that resonate with demanding customers around the globe during an innovation workshop with key stakeholders from Kneipp’s marketing and product development teams.
Methodology
In order to best fuel the creative flow during the workshop, we talked beforehand to distinguished experts from the fields of, amongst others, organic beauty, yoga and breathing techniques. The insights that we gained through these conversations fed into a large number of concept starters that, in turn, served as inspirational groundwork for the ideation process during the workshop.
Output
Thanks to our proprietary workshop methodology we managed to generate, at the end of the two-day-session, directly actionable results, which empowered our client to quickly proceed with the internal execution of the subsequent product development process.
